Hitting Marci, hand biting, head hitting

Jupiter was very agitated today at school. He did some work and then wanted to be done. He went to the bathroom and Marcy went to check on him and saw that he had a whole roll of toilet paper wadded up. Marcy told Him "Too much" Jupiter. he got mad and hit her. Lots of self injurious hand biting and head hitting.

They worked on counting, what comes next, things I see in the fall.

No aggression towards a student in his space

Jupiter was giggly this morning getting ready for school.

At school he didn't like another student in his space but only showed aggression towards himself and not the other student.

Worked on counting and recognizing numbers, colorful dinosaurs and an apple poem.

Dentist in Iowa City

Yesterday all four boys had dentist appointments at the college in Iowa city. The trip there and back was mellow and fun.

He had to be strapped down on the papoose board but seemed to calm down after a while. His dentist said he had the tongue of a Titan he was so strong! They were able to get all the work done that was needed. Jupiter was very good at yelling "all done"

Pretty good day at school

Jupiter good morning getting ready for school. He got to school and was happy. he worked hard during group although he had some hand biting and knee to forehead hitting during independent work time but was super happy after lunch.
They worked on counting and patterns as well as outside book and devotion book.

Punched a boy at school

Jupiter got to school and was feeling a little agitated after he got off the bus but was okay during work time.

When he was working on his iPad another student looked over his shoulder to see and Jupiter punched him in the fore head while getting ready for lunch.

Today they worked on counting, patterns, and what comes next.

Camp sadness and pumpkin

Jupiter was cut from camp due to staffing issues for the second session in a row. He was very sad about it however he coped well albeit some tears.

We went to Hyvee on Saturday and to celebrate the fall equinox, Jupiter, milo, and Archimedes picked out pie pumpkins.

Yesterday and today both good days

Yesterday Jupiter Got upset on the way to music And was biting his hand banging his head on the wall and jumping into Miss Hollys face. He went back to the room took deep breaths for three minutes and then back to music and he did great. Participated and was happy. The rest of the day was great.

Today which is Friday jupiter was really happy and when he was asked about camp he smiled every time. They have been working on patterns, counting, Fall book, Apple on top activity.
