Unexplained going after Alison to scratch her

Four times today, within a shirt time period,  Jupiter came across the work table to scratch at Alison's arms and hands.   The table got pushed towards her and made it hard to get away.

We don't know what set him off.  Otherwise the day was normal.   Cooking pasta after the crazy behavior went well and quickly.

Fun playing with Milo tuesday

Lots of laughing and great turn taking playing Jenga with Milo.

Scratching, no frustration cooking.

Jupiter had a great day overall.  He scratched Alison when he was frustrated at the iPad when it updated while he was playing a game.

He had zero frustration cooking pasta and it only took 30 minutes!  Great progress!

10 breathes and first home the store

Today Jupiter got angry and sad when we had to go back home from the strore to retrieve the forgotten wallet.
I have noticed that reminding home to breathe can increase the frustration for the first three or so times but he really calms down and it seems to stick at about 10 breathes.
He responded well to my reassurances of first home then store.   I had to repeat it several times on the way home but it did help.

He loves making art

Jupiter did a great job working today.  Alison skillfully redirected his frustrations at learning new words and as usual, Jupiter kept coming back to finish his work.
He loved doing the Mosaic craft.

Frustration when told to Try Again

Jupiter is learning over a hundred new words. Introducing them has been frustrating for him.  When he gets it wrong and is told to try again he gets angry and even cried today.

Library lego day yesterday, lots of positive interaction

Jupiter had a great time at Lego day at the library.  He typed what color of plate he wanted to build on.  He said all done when h was finished and then cleaned up all on his own.  He picked out books and looked at them.
When he had to use the restroom he typed it and then, with some verbal prompting, he used his talker to tell the librarian restroom.  She walked him back and unlocked the door for him.
The neighbor family came to the library and Mikka,  who is three, loves Jupiter and gets him to play with her.  He fiat bumps and did puzzles with her.
He also enjoyed that They gave us a ride home.

Four new word sets

Lots of frustration today with the intro of new word sets.  He is great about getting his work done even when he is frustrated.
