No outbursts of frustration

Jupiter has learned the difference between wanting to chill which is being alone to collect himself when he is overwhelmed and taking a break which includes play if he wants where chilling is alone time.

Jupiter can get out all of the ingredients and utensils independently when cooking pasta.  Each time he can do more and more and the frustration of waiting has lessened.  Today there was no irritation at waiting.

Making bracelets, falling on floor, and lots of talking

Today Jupiter said "no toothbrush"  when it was time to brush teeth.  He fell on the floor laughing and wouldn't get up.  First time for through behavior with Alison.

He enjoyed making a bracelet.

Lots of talking

Jupiter has been saying words so much more lately.  Today he was saying what the cards were that Alison was showing him.  He is still going strong with reading and spelling but now the vocalization is picking up too.  He was pretty mellow today and a hard worker as usual.

Discovering cause of frustration and cooking success

Today while Alison was skyping with Rebekah,  Jupiter showed his frustration with being loud and clapping.  They were trying to get him to use his cards to identify and say what was wrong.  He isn't able at this point to be calm himself enough to say what's wrong.

He did great cooking pasta today!  So much more is independent!

Writing and jenga

Jupiter was frustrated in the beginning of Jenga.   He wanted, to play with one brother and not the other but he had to play with both.

His Independent writing is the one on the bottom of the photo.

Angry over new letter to write and waiting

Jupiter got angry when writing the letter B.  it was a new letter to practice.  He also got angry and pinched Alison while he was waiting for the pasta to finish cooking.  It seems to be at the end of his waiting limit at that time.
The rest of the day was productive and pretty normal.

Strange day but productive writing and art

Jupiter had some frustation but got all of his work done.  He made a stuffed caterpillar and his writing is improving tremendously.  The bottom line is done all on his own.  The middle line is hand over hand and the top line is the example.

Yesterday ooga jump with Archimedes

Jupiter and Archimedes took turns playing ooga jump on the iPad.  They both enjoyed it!

Jupiter had a fantastic day today!
He wanted to hang his art up.  He was happy all morning and even tolerated some trying of new things.

Playing with brothers

Jupiter asked both Medes and Milo to play today.  He types their name and them play but he has to be reminded to press play so it asks them.  He gets too excited!
He is still working on emotions and only missed one when asked about how a person felt from looking at the pictures.

Emotions progress

Today was the first day that Jupiter got  100% correct when asked "what is this person feeling?".  He is progressing by leaps and bounds!

Very cranky

Lots of SIBs Friday.  He still does great work but he struggles.  He was frustrated at one time because Milo asked home what ho's name is and we want Jupiter to type his full name on his talker.  Jupiter kept typing Milo.  It's great he can remember how to spell Milo though.

We think he has been getting into bread.

He had a great time playing with the blocks Alison gave them!

He does an eexcellent job folding towels.
